Return and Refund Policy
At Cut&Bind, return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift wraps
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@cutandbind.com.
3. Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it following the instructions provided after your return request is accepted. For quicker exchanges, consider placing a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
6. Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, email us at info@cutandbind.com. You will receive the return address and instructions on how to send your package back. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
